This reserve blend of specially selected Shiraz with Cabernet and 3 other red varieties, has had long skin contact and aging in older Foudre (barrels) that gives it the unique savoury notes reminiscent of cured meats, woodsmoke, and cocoa, aided by dark-toned fruit. The tannins enhance the ageing as the wine finishes dry to a beautiful food-friendly finish. Superb integrated middle palate.
