The colour of this wine is reminiscent of the attractiveness of pale pink tourmaline crystals. The nose is soft and gives a slightly sweet impression of ripe red apples. This sets one up for the surprise of one of the driest Rosés available. The fresh acidity heralds a more serious food-style rose. There are hints of raspberry. This wine has a wonderful minerality encased in a superb mouthfeel. This gives length and complexity.
