This blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes is sourced from selected vineyard blocks in the Western Cape. Grapes are hand-harvested, hand-sorted and bottle fermented according to traditional Méthode Cap Classique principles. It celebrates only bubbles can. A vibrant light straw colour. The wine’s fresh, clean nose offers apples and biscuits. A balanced mouthfeel, good acidity and exuberant bubbles culminate in a lively aftertaste.
