The crisp fruit acid adds liveliness to this wine. Unoaked and packed with rich lemony fruity and tropical flavours. Dry finish with some nutty expression in the final taste. A sipper as a pre-lunch aperitif, or at sundown. It is made for well prepared food, chicken or hake fried in butter with lemon and herbs. Soups also on chilly evenings would be a good idea.
